This 2,768 square foot structure conforms with the River Center’s historic ranch site
The exterior consists of salvaged wood siding and corrugated metal roof. The interior consists of sustainable and non-toxic materials, and a series of five unique wildlife banners. Other environmental features include recycled blue-jean fiber insulation, fly-ash added to concrete mix and high efficiency HVAC following the guidelines provided by the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED program.
