At BMY we consider the pre-construction process to be of the utmost importance and have a team that will be dedicated to navigating you through. We are with you every step of the way to make sure your projects drawings are ready for competitive bidding. We will do a constructability review and value engineer where possible.

There will be a competitive bid process that is followed to make sure we get our clients the best price possible. Once our budget is in place and permits are obtained, we will walk you through the construction management process and schedule, discussing all critical paths and points. The BMY Team is in this with you from conception through completion.
