On 10/20/21 BMY Construction, Darden Architects, and Madera Community College Faculty celebrated the the placing of the last beam at Madera Academic Village with a Topping Out party. Attendees signed the beam and watched the O’Brien Steel Erectors team place the beam on the building. Not only did we celebrate the placement of the last beam, but we also honored Eric Bower’s father, who was an Air Force Veteran and Iron Worker, by flying his flag on the on the beam.
