I have worked with BMY for several years now and I am very pleased with their construction management and business skills. All of the projects we have worked on together have been successful in regards to the quality of workmanship, cost controls and completion time. I have never had a frivolous claim presented by BMY or a request for additional time that was not warranted.
The project that I am currently working on with BMY is a 1.6 million dollar heating, ventilation and air conditioning project on a 60 year old building on the California State University, Fresno campus. The Owner on this project required that all the work be completed during a 60 day period over the summer. I had my doubts that it was possible to complete the project in the timeline established but luckily for the campus BMY was the successful bidder. The project was finished on time with the only changes to the project were initiated by the Owner.
I addition, I personally know that if an Owner or Architect is in need of advice on constructability of a certain project or requires an accurate estimate of costs BMY is the first to be called.
In conclusion, I would strongly recommend BMY for any construction project that they would feel comfortable in taking on.
